West Virginia University
I grew up in a small town called Mossautal, which is about an hour close to Frankfurt, Germany. When I was about ten years old I started with rifle shooting at a club in my hometown. A few years of hard practice later, I secured a spot in the German national team, enabling many trips to competitions in different countries. After finishing high school in 2016, I went to Frankfurt to study Psychology at the Goethe Universität for one year. One year later I transferred to West Virginia University to combine both my academic and athletic career in the best possible way.
I want to compete in the Olympic Games for Germany and become a Sport Psychologist.
I am very thankful and honored to be one of the five inaugural Boro International Scholarship recipients. This scholarship is a great help for me in order to get an excellent education in the field of Psychology here in the United States while at the same training with some of the best athletes competing on the highest level of my sport.
